Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our Mold Detection App ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer (Important)

• Not professional advice: The App is NOT a substitute for professional environmental inspection, laboratory testing, or medical advice.
• Risk of error: AI analysis may be inaccurate. The App may fail to identify toxic mold or may identify harmless substances as dangerous.
• Health warning: Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App. If you suspect toxic mold exposure, consult a professional remediation expert and a doctor immediately.
• No liability: Denysenko Stanislav is not responsible for any health issues, property damage, or financial losses resulting from your reliance on the App's analysis. You use the App at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro Monthly", "Pro Yearly") that unlock unlimited scans and detailed history.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Account Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including the AI models, text, graphics, and software) are the property of Denysenko Stanislav and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denysenko Stanislav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
